Frank started his IT career as Flash developer in 2001 at 18 y.o. while studying Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the Technische Universität Ilmenau, Germany (graduated with the MS diploma).

Franks loves to play the guitar and musical composition. He’s good at basketball too. Frank’s favorite author is Frank Herbert, with his outstanding Dune.
Nick graduated in 2010 from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' with MS in Applied Mathematics. For more than 15 years Nick was working as a software engineer and development manager.

At elie.de, Nick is responsible for software development and growing the team growth, both skills and new engineer hires. Nick’s favorite book is Antifragile by Nassim Taleb. When has free time, he likes to play basketball.
With a BA of Arts in industrial clerk and business administration studies, Manuela started her IT career as an HR specialist for S-Three GmbH, in Frankfurt am Main.
With a BA of Arts in industrial clerk and business administration studies, Manuela started her IT career as an HR specialist for S-Three GmbH, in Frankfurt am Main. While there, she was responsible for the new Berlin office’s opening and recruitment efforts. In 2014 Manuela joined Trecker.com (what would then become AgForce in 2019), where she worked for five years as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Manuela says she doesn’t care much for reading books and instead describes herself more as a person of direct action. She’s a skydiver and plays piano in her free time.
